Six new build family sized terraces houses on a brownfield site in east London. 

The new development will provide living accommodation for 24 people in an area with an identified need for family homes. Each house has an open-plan kitchen-living ground floor layout with bedrooms, bathrooms and storage provided on the upper floors. The ground floor of each house opens onto the facing ‘mews street’, extending the everyday living spaces. This intervention facilitates neighbourly interaction and in turn, seeks to promote a sense of community. The proposed car-free site ensures the external areas are a safe and secure place for children to play.

The site was sold post-planning permission.
